We are having a hard time getting rid of a loop in his swing, basically the hands drop a bit and alot of times swinging a little up on the ball at impact. He does not do it off the tee, only live hitting. We have tried starting hands high, hands low and going up on the load, still has a tendency to do it. Any good drills anyone has would be appreciated

>.What I am trying to refer to is the swing as you see in sosa and abreu and though the lead elbow does work up in the tilt and the rear forearm does initially work vertical but as lead shoulder rotates and it does rotate the forearm becomes parallel to the ground it is easy to see in jacks pics,it is at this lag area of the swing where lack of shoulder rotation allows the rear elbow to beat the hands to the hipand when it does you get bat drag and often loop, both abreu and sosa are rotating their shoulders and the hands are beating the rear elbow to the side though you cannot see it in pics from the front, side view is best
