Gotta go to the basic drills, hitting tee and soft toss. forces eyes to be on the ball. Also, soft toss on an open field is helpful too, particularly feeding outside pitches. You can get the same effect in a cage, working outside pitches and making sure your head puller is keeping his head and front shoulder in while driving the ball to the opposite field.
