your right with the back knee front heal and back elbow but the front shoulder does not go forward it go it rotates sideway and back any forward movement in the front shoulder slows the swing down and causes lunging. there can be forward movement in the lower body but the shoulder must rotate on that axis. front should pulls back and u get extention with your back side and shoulder. u should try to make your shoulder switch spots
