Re: Pete Rose overhead CHP clip

Hi Jack,

just wanted to let you know that your overhead clip of Pete Rose and your analysis is being used at beabetterhitter.com, with no apparent credit to you - unless I missed it

Hi Jts

Thank you for the heads-up. That is my production and you are right, proper credit should be given. They are certainly not the only ones to use BatSpeed material without giving due credit. It is quite widespread, and I would be even more upset if I had brought BatSpeed.com online for monetary gain. However, we did not even offer products for the first couple years. We developed an instructional video, “The Final Arc,” at the request of those having trouble grasping the concepts from my written material.

My primary purpose for developing Batspeed was to make coaches and players aware of my findings of how energy is transferred during the swing. Therefore, the more places players and coaches have a chance to study these finding, the more I feel my mission was accomplished.
