WHAT STARTS the SWING?

Jack,what part of your body moves first when initiating the swing?Do the shoulders rotate in one piece hiding the hands? Do you teach a lower body load like you feel in the right rear hip of a golf swing? Does the hip tension release unload the swing?Any thoughts? what cues would you teach a newbie 10 11 12 year old to launch the swing?
