Your statement hasn't explained anything. As far as the physics statment you mentioned. You don't tell the whole story. Things at rest stay at rest and things in motion stay in motion UNLESS ACTED ON BY A FORCE. So it is possible for a hitter to generate batspeed from a completely still position. There is nothing wrong with having some sort of rhythmic motion if that makes a hitter more comfortable but that preswing motion doesn't help generate batspeed.
