Re: Jack: Front Foot Closed Ditto the question
Careful frame by frame seems to support rotation into toe touch to the point that the lead knee/ thigh has a swinging gate effect . I know when I hit and focus on the lead action I can get more pop when more lead thigh fans out some into foot plant as the bat turns on plane. It is not in all MLB swings but plenty it seems Followups:
