while I think you know I support you points of view I would like your claifiaction about sequences. I feel a link between "hand loading" and hip coil. I seem to see Jim Elliott work the bottom hand under the top as the bat went to near vertical on the long balls he hit on Final Arc. I feel that my hand cock and hip coil occur together as I stride. Any thoughts?

Would speak to these issues and one more. Why would a player have to work so hard to rotate his body if the upper body mecahnics were any good.?
