Dropping the Hands

I have a kid who has an absolute "butter" swing when involved in soft toss, tee work etc. Once you get the kid in front of live pitching he bails with his lead foot and while doing so, he drops his hands to just above waist level...Again...he is butter in all, 'non live' pitching drills...I have some idea's to work on his front foot bail, but the hands...I'm out of idea's...

I need some assistence in fixing this kid...

Bueller...Anyone...?
