I hear many people talk yap and dance about BBonds swing. The problem I have is the dude is NOT your average athlete, roids or no roids. I think it's better to see what works for the avg Joe and compare the Joe's that have technique vs those that don't,.... that's what matters.

Some techniques are not going to work for some people but will for others. If you ain't hitting the ball hard, you better try something else is my motto.
