pitch speed and knuckleballs

Posted by: cage_64 (cage@anechoicmedia.com) on Thu Dec 29 21:22:16 2005

I am 12 years old. For a while on the radar gun i was hitting 66-70 mph.
I then lifted my speed up even higher, 75 mph. Now I just went to a radar booth and got clocked at 59. I went again 57. I am afraid of slowly desending into the level of a 10 year old. I want to get my speed back up. How will I be able to do this? Also, I have a 2 seamer, 4 seamer and a change up. I sometimes get jammed into a corner and the other team all starts crushing those pitches and I get pulled. I am working on pitches I think will not hurt my arm. These pitches are the spike curve and the knuckleball. Can I get some advice on how to throw these pitches? My knuckler spins 3-4 times on its way to the plate and moves slightly. My spike curve SEEMS ok.
Thanks
