Hey what's going on. I've been reading through the website, and I've a question about how much attention is being directed toward the movement of the hands. My hitting instructor teaches almost the exact same style as is taught here, but he doesn't say anything about the hands. He says the only thing that you need to be worried about concerning them is that you need to keep them as loose as possible. Won't the hands naturally swing with a slight loop if you use rotational hitting mechanics anyway?
