>I agree Jack. Even in golf you often hear load, shift, rotate. I can hit is much farther when I hip coil, load, rotate( uncoil) staying centered. The golfer that ends up on top of his lead leg get there from momemtum ( follow through after ball strike) and is still centered and behind the ball at impact based on what I see.
