I am a keen golfer and recently bought a training aid which purports to increase club head speed via centrifugal acceleration. This could be similar to the rotational swing in baseball ?. My mate who also plays golf and coaches baseball, has used the golf training aid on several baseballers and claims they have all increased bat speed by 3- 8 mph. The golf swing has changed over the last 10 years, maybe baseball might go a minor change. A search brings up numerous golf training aids that could be useful to baseballers
