Carl Everett

I have been watching every game of the postseason and other than the exciting games and calls, the thing that has caught my eye the most is Carl Everett's swing. This is the first time I have watched him in numerous ABs and I have noticed how much he changes his stance and approach with 2 strikes as opposed to 0 or 1. I know that everyone's approach should change with 2 strikes, but he completely eliminates his big leg kick when he is behind in the count. I have thought about doing this before(although my kick is not as exaggerated as his is), but thought that it might be better to just stick with the same motion in each swing and just change my mentality. What are the thoughts out there about changing your whole swing with 2 strikes? Thanks a lot, Alex
