I’m sorry, is talking about softball inappropriate here? I wish I could still play baseball, I miss it very much. At 27 years old, however, softball is all that is available for me to play.

My question is whether these techniques would transfer over seamlessly to softball from baseball, or are there some adjustments to be made?
