Hi Grc,
I thank you for your info this is something that I would like to check more into. I can pick up rotation pretty well. I just feel that sometimes I get caught up with all the other dynamics that exist before I start to get loaded and I pick up the pitches to late. I have always been a high average hitter and display some power. I just want to teach my students the importance of this action because without developing this I can see why hitters don't get started on time. If you run across any other methods that pertain to this topic let me know. If anyone else has any proven methods please post them. Thanks
