what is the proper sequence of the swing?

inward turn as the hands load then the stride then the hands start forward?????

as the hands load you stride at the same time then the swing????

I'm confused if its a 1,2 process or a 1,2,3 process

should you stride at the same time as the inward turn and the hands load???

somebody please explain
