Final Arc

Hi. The final arc video is a great buy! I think everyone should get it. But I I'm 11 years old so I don't get some things. LIke how do you exactly rotate your front shoulder and hip? I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Also I can't get my bat to be an exstenion of my arm like the video says. I always swing with my bathead parallel to the plate. Thanks.
