How is that possible when you see the pivot foot of a pitcher off the rubber for a second when pitching from the wind-up as he turns his body. (Look at the pitcher recently at the LL World Series.) What's the rule.
==============================
the pitcher drive foot is usually on the side of the rubber for a good push off the mound. If the ump's see that he is not in contact with the rubber. It would be a no pitch. I am not sure what other rules for LL. I know that in AAU the runners on base advace (like a balk). that is in 10u.
