head movement Posted by: Scot (sataylor54@yahoo.com) on Wed Aug 17 20:44:53 2005 I have read of a drill in which you dry swing focusing on your head to see if it moves, with the object of the drill being to keep your head as stationary as possible through your stride and swing. I have not observed this drill. Can you tell me more about it and if it is a worthwhile drill?
