Lead arm height -- new finding...

From watching some old tape, I found that Jason Giambi and some other hitters, regardless of whether the pitch was located, began their swing with the upper lead arm ABOVE the letters on their jersey. From there, it did not move. All that varied was the forearm, and even that didn't move throughout the swing.

Do you advocate beginning the upper lead arm up high like that?
