You cannot connect the top hand to the turning body...the bottom hand leads. To prove this put your top hand in a relaxed punching position and slowly rotate your hips to the pitcher...it doesn't really move. Now reverse the situation putting your bottom hand in a fist by your rear shoulder and rotate your hips. It leads...
