Adjusting to fast pitching

Posted by: Dan (Nybballplaya153@aol.com) on Tue Jul 19 20:34:33 2005

Hi, I've been having some trouble with hitting fast pitching. I hit slower pitching very well, but when it comes to fast pitching i can't get a good swing on the ball, and I always hit a weak ground ball through the hole between short and third or ground out to third. When I'm swinging against fast pitching I am always dropping my back shoulder because I am late. Are there any tips or adjustments that would help with this problem?

Thanks
Dan
