Try one of these things...
1. Start with your hands higher up, and further back, much like Vlad Guerrero but not quite so extreme.
2. Try a smaller bat for a round of Batting Practice and see how it feels.
3.Don't throw the hands at the ball like some people are taught, really try and use that top hand torque and bottom hand pressure

That's all the advice I got. Good luck, lemme know if any of it worked.
