Jack,that does explain things more clearly.Many kids play pepper with a bent arm and little shoulder rotation.What happens ,hands lead barrel.Fun game could cause bad habits,I wonder if boggs and gwynn swing with a bent lead arm .Funny how cues like throw hands at ball or knob to ball can be good and bad depending on if it takes away a step or not.ex.throwing hands bend the elbow.I think striding and coming forward as a unit keeps some bend in the elbow as opposed to turning in and keeping weight back as you stride forward seems to straighten lead arm.
