In the video clip there is not much difference seen by a novice like me, but I did notice that Josh's head is looking more toward the plate as the ball approaches and Justin's head is looking more toward the pitcher. I wonder if the head position of Josh allows the body to stay tighter around the center axis, thus generating more power.
