Re: one or two handed follow-through
> My son has a one handed follow-through at the end of his swing. I was wondering if it is worth the effort to change it to a two handed follow-through, I somewhat tried a and he didn't like it. I have heard people say there will be more power with a two handed follow-through, is it true and and are there other advantages of it?
Listen no matter what anyone says it doesn't matter unless the kid is releasing to early. Usually the ball is off the bat when you realese so it doesn't matter what you do. That is why you will see some guys relaese with two hands and others with one. It doesn't matter.
