have a batter go into there hitting stance with a bat in there hands. You must have the batter in front of a net. Next, u have the batter swing, only at the batters contact point instead of following thru the batter will simply throw the bat straight foward into the net upon extention. This will allow the batter to "Throw there hands" at the ball increasing there bat speed, as well as teaching them to extend there arms after contact.
