The so called little guys power comes from the same place as the big guys (in the case of Jimmy Rollins, Dustin Pedroia).

Tejada is not little. He is over 200 pounds of solid muscle (same as Grady Sizemore who is 6ft 2). Lou Gehrig, Jimmy Fox, and Mickey Mantle played at 200lbs for most of their careers.
