Bat Head Traveling in the hitting zone
I am new to this rotational hitting philosophy but a lot of what I was uncovering in my studies of the swing are exactly what you teach in rotational hitting. I bought the DVD and I am excited to start teaching your methods!
A local coach talks about hitting and the bat traveling through the hitting zone for an extended period of time. Obvious benefits being that if your timimg is off you will still be able to make good contact. This does not seem to be able to be achieved through rotational hitting although the bat comes through the zone with greater speed, it does not seem to remain in the hitting zone as long. Am I correct in this thought process? If so, I would like to be able to explain the differences and the advantage of the rotation philosophy.
I would appreciate some help in doing this!
