Sammy Sosa is EVIDENCE that Jack's theory works

Check out some Sammy Sosa clips on MLB.com (http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/team/player_media.jsp?player_id=122544). You will notice that his back elbow is no longer tucking into his side. He is now releasing it, unlike in the past, when he would keep his shoulder tucked in.

Not surprisingly, his numbers have drastically declined. Coincidence?
