Jack,
There have been a lot of post on knuckle alignment but I wanted to know what your opinion was on which type of knuckle alignment gives you maximum batspeed. I personally have always held the bat in my fingers and lined my knuckles up but tried to do the box grip because I saw bonds does, anyways could you also explain where to hold the box grip in the hand. Is it in the fingers, on the finger pad, or deeper in the palm. Thanks Jack
