Jack's video does not have a significant amount of clips of youth or pro players and their swings.
It is a very good elaboration of Jack's ideas in a logical progression with demo's and drills to make the points.
Considering your interest in hitting, you really should get it and watch it. I think it clarifies a lot of what is said on this site though maybe not in the format you'd expect.
I've shared it with some of my baseball friends and have gotten very positive responses. Jack lays out his argument very well AND there is a lot of truth in what he says.
Nothing like being right to get agreement!!!
