If you have a tee, place a ball on the tee. Then take a bat and put it behind your back and place it paraelle to your hips, then get in your stance and twist your hips, rotate your feet, and make contact with the ball. You should be turning your bat 90 degrees everytime you swing. This will give you maximum rotation of your hips.
