My daughter plays fastpitch softball (12 years old). We have noticed that as the girls get older and the pitchers get faster, they have had trouble with the bats vibrating in their hands and they seem to have trouble getting the ball out of the infield. Does bat weight make a difference? We considered getting heavier bats but we didn't know if that would help. Is there any correlation between a faster pitch and needing a heavier bat?
