This sounds so simple, and yet it's hard to do correctly. You've got to be relaxed so the hands can fly to the ball.

One drill that will help is to take two baseballs, one in each hand. Get in your stance and then swing with the balls in your hands. As your hands come through the strike zone, you should be throwing both balls at the point of contact.
