Besides changing your swing mechanics, what workouts can be done to increase bat speed? Does it start with the legs and go up? (Squats, Cleans, Ab Workouts) Or does it help to strengthen the upper body as well (Bench Press, Triceps, Pull-ups). Some expert advice on this will be greatly appreciated.
