Hi Jeff:

Study the mechanics of Albert Pujols, a rotational hitter thriving off the higher (in MLB terms) pitch.

That being said, with a pitch at the letters, the rotational swing has to 'flatten out', which means that the axis is more upright. The CHP still applies, but the amount of shoulder 'tilt' is much less. The rear elbow works a little higher and the rear leg may have a little less bend to it.
