>>>Hi. Jack, I was just curious... How long is your video?<<<

Hi Joe C

The instructional video is about 58 minutes and covers the mechanics and batting principles presented on the site. I discuss and show the differences between linear (weight-shift and extension) and rotational (torque and circular hand-path) mechanics.

I have also added about 40 more minutes of added instruction to the Swing Review Analysis video. After reviewing video of swings sent to me for analysis, I taped additional instructions to help them overcome the problems with their mechanics. The most common problems were placed at the beginning of their review. After discussing their swing mechanics while viewing it frame-by-frame, I add more clips to cover their particular problems.
