>your feet should be shoulder length apart, you should crouch a little bit, and make sure that you aren't leaning back at all. this stance is basic and it less you hit outside pitches and turn on inside ones. Make sure that you aren't dropping your hands before you swing. Probably the most important thing is the placement of your hands since you control the bat with them. They should be at chest level maybe a little higher and a little behing your right shoulder. If you bat right handed.
