hey well im guna tell ya that vicep curles ..dont do them for baseball the bisep muscle does not really help and all in the sport lol...but work on your forarms they r a major part of baseball and your legs have strong legs and if u r a pitcher work on your abs..which should be a must enywase...so id say squats....tricep extensions.....power cleans......deadlifting....u know work on the muscles u use....hop it was helpfull .
