Slumping and NEED HELP

I'm on my varsity baseball team and I am a senior. My sophmore year i hit over 500. I was actually 3rd in the state at one point with a batting average of 537 or so. My junoir year I stunk and so far this year I am batting 2-13. I am in the 3rd spot in the lineup and definetly have the talent. I crush the ball in the batting cages but when i get up at bat during the games i have nothign to show my talent. Any pointers will really boost my self esteem.
