Swing problems

Hey Jack,

I am an 18yr old Legion ball player and my swing is extremely inconsistant. I have my mom video-tape my swing and I try to compare my swing with others. Some days I am crushing the ball all over the place and other days I hit weak grounders and pop-ups. Something I notice in my swing is that I have almost a golf swing followthrough. Also, my bottom hand isn't completely flat at contact.I am just wondering if there is anything that can help my consistancy. Thanks
