Jim, trying to fix a swing over the internet, is about as effectice as trying to do the same with your car.
My opinion would be to get in contact with a reputable hitting instructor in your area. Although, it may appear that the best hitting instructors in the country, aren't employed by major league baseball teams, they're right here, on the internet!
