>>> I am thinking about buying your video but can you please explain what is in it. I want to know how it teaches you the rotational mechanics. Does it give you drills?? Please answer as I am very interested in buying a copy today. <<<

Hi Dave

In the Instructional Video/DVD, John Elliott, a former player of the Houston Astro Organization and I explain the principles of rotational transfer mechanics (Rotation around a stationary axis -- CHP, THT & BHT) discussed at Batspeed.com. We then take a couple of young players (boy and girl) through a program of drills that teach these principles.

The video is approximately 1 hour running time. Included is a 9 page field Training Booklet (Manual) “How to Maximize Your Bat Speed.” The Booklet is a condensed review of what is contained in the video.

I will link you to this Page. The first Page I link you to has the "Promo" for the instructional video "Final Arc II." Scroll down for the "Promo." Then go back up to the top right of this Page and click on the different items you wish to view (information is given for each item). You can also click on the video at the top right of the Products Page.
