> EVERY KID THAT IS BIG IS NOT A HOMERUN HITTER. BUT YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR POWER. THE BEST WAY TO START IS TO GO TO A BATTING CAGE AND HIT. THIS WAY YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR HAND SPEED AS WELL AS YOUR HAND STRENGTH. REPETITION IS THE KEY TO DEVELOPING A STRONGER SWING. I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST GOING TO A BASEBALL FIELD WITH A FRIEND(S) AND TAKING A LOT OF SWINGS. THIS WAY YOU WILL LEARN WHAT PITCHES YOU CAN HIT BEST. IF YOU ARE A DECENT HITTER YOU MAY WANT TO START LOOKING FOR PITCHES IN CERTAIN ZONES THAT YOU HIT THE BALL BEST, AS WELL AS "CHEATING" ON THE FASTBALL TO TRY TO GET THE BAT HEAD OUT IN FRONT OF HOME PLATE. IF YOU GET A CHANCE WATCH "ICHIRO SUZUKI". HE IS GOOD AT LOOKING FOR THE PITCH INSIDE (A PITCH HE CAN PULL FOR POWER). IN ADDITION, EXPERIMENT WITH DIFFERENT STANCES THAT MAJOR LEAGUE HITTERS USE. YOU WILL LEARN INFORMATION THAT WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP YOUR OWN POWER. DEVELOPING YOURSELF WITH WEIGHTS AND SQUEEZING RUBBER AND OR TENNIS BALLS CAN HELP YOUR HAND STRENGTH. GOOD LUCK!
