Is there any drills I can do at home or at the park??

Does anybody know of any good drills that I can practice on a tee or just with a bat or anything to get my muscles to memorize the correct way to swing and really focus on tht and bht. It's too hard to think your way through a swing. I want to do these drills all the time so it gets printed in my brain for good. Does anybody know of any good drills??
