Jack, in all due respect, how applicable is the theory of 180 degrees going to be when working with a young kid? What you're saying here, if I'm getting your point, is that the batter gets 90 degrees from the pre-launch and then another 90 in the swing launch.
Aren't we talking about loading up the hands, arms and, shoulders for pre-laaunch and, then completeing the swing? Every MLB player certainly attains a particular degree of loading, which is proceeded with swing launch. But the amount of degrees is going to differ for everyone, is it not?
