Tom this a young softball player but i have been playing for at least 5 yrs an i have not really found someone with perfect forem for batting but i really want to know how to hit an concentrate on fast pitching because when i was on little league i was able to concentrate good on the ball since how it was slow pitch but now i have alot of complacations on doing so on concentrating good an it really bothers me to be able to hit it good so if you think you are able to help in any way i would really appretiate it thanks .
